M’hammed El Merini

General Director, Eagle Hills Morocco

Mr. M’Hammed El Merini graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics, one of the most respected engineering schools in Morocco. He also holds an MBA from Ecole Ponts Business School, France.

Prior joining Eagle Hills, over the course of his early career within the Moroccan Ministry of Public Works, Mr. El Merini coordinated several programs aimed to integrate the concepts of sustainable development, before moving to the private sector in 1998. In 2003, he joined the CDG group, where he was Director of the water and environment division at SCET-Maroc (now NOVEC), a leading engineering firm. In 2006, he worked as Deputy General Manager of CGI, the main real estate company of the group. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of Al Manar Development Company, in charge of the mixed-use project Casablanca Marina.
