Nawfal Bendefa

Nawfal Bendefa is the founder of REIM Partners, a real estate asset manager, and CEO of Aradei Capital a leading REIT like investment platform with assets across 15 cities in Morocco.

Nawfal comes with two decades of experience in development, asset management and fundraising. His career in real estate began in lodging in the US and UK in various roles. He participated and led transactions in more than a dozen countries (US, Europe, Africa and Asia). Prior to REIM, Nawfal was CEO of Actif Invest in Morocco, and Vice President of Asset Management with Marriott International.

Nawfal’s experience in lodging spans from debt and capital raising to development and asset management across various continents including the North Africa region.
