Othman Najioullah

Asset Management Director - Hospitality, SOMED

With more than 15 years in the real estate and hospitality industry, Othman had the opportunity to manage all hotel development cycles from hotels development, capital raising, the signature of management contracts and leases with international hotel chains, hotels asset management until hotel disposals.

Since he joined SOMED Group in 2008, one of the leading hotel owners in Morocco since three decades, Othman has hold different roles and had exposure to range of hotel assets (resorts and urban hotels) with a significant track-record but also real estate mix-used developments (leisure parks, residential, offices, retail).

Before joining SOMED, Othman was working for Emaar Group in Dubai and Rabat as part of the development team.

Othman, a Moroccan citizen, holds a Master’s of Sciences from ESSEC Business School Paris, France.
